Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via registered email or official application form.

• Cancellation charges may apply as per Dubai Land Development norms and project-specific policies.

• Any request after unit allotment and agreement signing will be subject to the terms outlined in the sale agreement.

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation fees, administrative charges, and taxes.

• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 30–45 working days after approval.

• No refunds will be made for partial or delayed payments unless specified in the agreement.
